New Body Studio is a niche fitness, dance and tanning studio in the heart of Bryanston. Our instructors have a passion for people and helping them achieve their goals.

New Body Studio has a friendly and unique environment that inspires our clients to come and achieve their goals in a comfortable and supportive space.


Bbarreless is an evolution of starting a fitness barre trend and then seeing the demand for instructors to have the ability to teach a barre inspired class without a barre.


Pilates is a method of controlled movements. If practised with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body.


We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over


Bootybarre is a fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. bootybarre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility.


Rebound is a mini trampoline workout which is cardio intensive and held in group classes, it’s great for your health as it helps with your lymphatic system and restores your dead cells.


Yoga is a mind and body practice with historical origins in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation.

Founder & Owner

Tamerin Jardine was Miss Earth South Africa 2012 and worked as a model from a very young age walking SAFW, AFI and modeling in the Philippines. Tamerin was the face of Guess Flirt Jeans Africa. She was privileged enough to be an Ambassador for Local brand Khosi Nkosi and radio personality for Cliff Central. Through these experiences Tamerin developed a passion for staying fit, healthy and active. 

When Tamerin fell pregnant she struggled to find affordable Prenatal fitness classes. Pilates was Tamerin’s saving grace and ensured she got back to having a strong core after her C-section. After having Mila, Tamerin loved having the studio and a safe space to bring her baby and work out. After completing her Booty Barre course Tamerin started wearing Mila to train clients this started our Baby Barre classes. Tamerin loves training Mommys and getting them back on track after baby. It’s been an incredible journey while being pregnant and opening the studio. Pilates, Rebound, Barre, Zumba and Bbarreless are Tamerin’s passions.

We may be small but in a few years’ time New Body Studio will be an unstoppable force.”
